This cycle route takes you through Scheveningen and a part of The Hague. The Hague is known for its many government buildings and embassies. In Scheveningen, besides the beach and sea, there are many events in summer such as the International Fireworks Festival and the Kite Festival. Scheveningen also has cultural excursions, from some museums you have a view of the beach. For example, visit the Gemeentemusuem for the exhibition The Hague School & Scheveningen (until 16 September). The Hague is the city where our government is based and a tour of the government building is a must. You can find even more excitement along the way at Museum De Gevangenenpoort.
